Reporting to: Founder/Client Success Head
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager with a strong understanding of digital marketing (preferably from B2B / Pharma background) to handle strategic coordination and tactical execution for our client engagements. This role requires proactive management of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and alignment across complex digital marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Coordination & Project Management:
- Act as the central coordinator between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, managing campaign execution and timelines.
- Understand strategic objectives clearly, translating them into actionable plans.
- Maintain and monitor project timelines, identify potential delays or bottlenecks proactively, and communicate solutions effectively.
2. Client Engagement:
- Serve as the strategic daily point of contact for key clients, effectively managing expectations, understanding their business context, and building strong client relationships.
- Provide thoughtful recommendations aligned with client’s business objectives and marketing goals.
3. Internal & External Communication:
- Lead and participate in client meetings, ensuring clear agendas, detailed minutes, and defined next steps.
- Communicate requirements clearly to internal teams (creative, technical, analytics), ensuring alignment at all stages.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status through structured reporting.
4. Content & Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the preparation and finalization of marketing content including landing pages, email sequences, ads, blogs, and sales collateral.
- Conduct quality reviews of campaign deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations, regulatory guidelines, and TE quality standards.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
- Collaborate with analytics team to clearly define KPIs, ensuring accurate tracking of marketing outcomes.
- Facilitate campaign measurement setup (UTM tracking, Google Analytics, CRM integration, marketing automation tools).
- Produce insightful performance reports to drive continuous improvement and strategy adjustment
6. Client Relationship Management:
- Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and strategic guidance.
- Understand client pain points and proactively suggest solutions to drive client success.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing Project Management, ideally in a B2B or Pharma environment.
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Proven experience managing projects involving cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic advertising, CRM tools, Google Analytics, Marketo or similar).
- Experience with pharmaceutical marketing is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Someone proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Comfortable coordinating and influencing without direct authority, driving projects to completion through collaboration.
- Prior experience in Pharma/B2B healthcare marketing preferred but not required.
