Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
➢ Engage with clients on a day-to-day basis to understand and articulate their digital marketing objectives and needs.
➢ Propose tailored digital marketing solutions that align with client objectives and market trends.
Strategic Planning:
➢ Mutually finalize the plan of action for each digital marketing activity with clients.
➢ Allocate work to respective team members, ensuring the right expertise is applied to each task.
Project Management:
➢ Keep a rigorous track of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are aligned.
➢ Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, challenges, and successes.
Team Collaboration:
➢ Foster a collaborative environment among team members to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing strategies.
➢ Continuously liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity of objectives and quality of output.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
➢ Stay updated on digital marketing best practices, channels, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions to clients.
➢ Provide internal training and insights to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and expertise.
Qualifications:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s preferred.
➢ 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on client-facing roles.
➢ Proven track record of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
➢ Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, Paid Search and Display, Website Development, Marketing Automation, and Full Funnel Analytics.
➢ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
