Responsibilities:
⮚ Performing market analysis and research on competition and marketing platforms
⮚ Create, manage and update the database on a daily basis
⮚ Designing and implementing email marketing campaigns end-to-end
⮚ Segmenting email lists based on behaviours like past email engagement, website, and social interactions
⮚ Creating and maintaining email databases
⮚ Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
⮚ Prepare weekly updates and reports to track the growth and success rates of campaigns
⮚ Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly
⮚ Establish the first set of client communication which includes emails, messages, and telephonic conversations
⮚ Prospecting potential clients via various channels in order to generate leads
⮚ Liaise with the sales team for prospect handover
⮚ Must be able to create required presentations for managers and clients if needed
Required Skills:

⮚ Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
⮚ Must have knowledge of digital marketing
⮚ Bachelor’s degree required and MBA is good-to-have
