About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and other B2B channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing for B2B sectors such as pharma, life sciences, biotech, healthcare, or technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta)
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign relevance and performance
- Create and manage campaigns for lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness
- Monitor daily performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS) and provide actionable insights
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversions
- Assist in setting up and managing conversion tracking and attribution using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and communicating performance to internal teams and stakeholders
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid ad campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms
- Experience with lead generation funnels and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Solid understanding of B2B buyer journeys and persona targeting
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis
- Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach
