Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Programmatic channels. The ideal candidate has proven expertise in B2B paid media campaigns focused on lead generation, excels at budget management, and consistently delivers performance-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic) specifically tailored for B2B lead generation.
  • Oversee and optimize programmatic ad buying, ensuring campaigns are well-targeted, cost-effective, and meet KPIs.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize ad spend allocation, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and track paid media budgets, ensuring effective utilization and achieving ROI targets.
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve ad relevance and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Ensure robust tracking and attribution setup for accurate measurement and reporting.
  • Regularly report to stakeholders, clearly communicating performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proven experience managing substantial paid media budgets effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant analytics tools.
  • Excellent understanding of lead generation tactics, conversion rate optimization, and marketing funnel analysis in B2B contexts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working in collaborative environments, comfortable liaising with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatic platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and integrating ad performance data with CRM analytics.
  • Previous experience in sectors such as technology, software, consulting, SaaS, or similar B2B environments.
