Position Overview:
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong marketing design experience to create intuitive, high-performing, and aesthetically appealing web pages and websites. The ideal candidate will be able to combine design creativity with a strong understanding of digital marketing goals, ensuring that the user experience enhances engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling and conversion-optimized web pages, landing pages, and websites.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to translate concepts and wireframes into intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Develop interactive and responsive designs that deliver seamless experiences across devices (desktop, mobile, and tablet).
  • Ensure that designs align with digital marketing strategies, brand guidelines, and project goals.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs based on findings.
  • Create prototypes, storyboards, and mockups to visualize interactions, workflows, and designs.
  • Maintain and refine existing web design assets, ensuring consistent user experience across all digital platforms.
  • Use data-driven insights and user feedback to optimize and refine design elements for improved performance and user engagement.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company’s web presence is cutting-edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing-oriented web designs.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and marketing funnel optimization.
  • Experience with responsive design and designing for mobile-first environments.
  • Ability to create visually appealing designs that align with both marketing goals and user experience best practices.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments with developers, marketers, and product teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and reasoning clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and data-driven design.
