About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Analytics Executive to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B digital ecosystems and the ability to translate complex business requirements into measurable data strategies. You will be instrumental in shaping the analytics infrastructure for global businesses, providing end-to-end solutions—from tracking implementation to performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive data tracking strategies aligned with client KPIs and business goals. ● Set up and manage analytics tools including Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and CRM integrations.
● Implement full-funnel attribution frameworks to accurately reflect the impact of marketing activities across the customer journey.
● Deliver proactive intelligence on campaign performance, highlighting trends, anomalies, and opportunities before they impact business goals.
● Build and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio to deliver meaningful insights across user journeys and customer acquisition funnels.
● Analyze campaign and product performance, measuring core metrics such as ROI and retention.
● Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights to optimize decision-making across marketing and product teams.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to ensure seamless tracking and reporting workflows.
Requirements:
● 1–3 years of experience in a data/analytics role, preferably in a B2B or digital agency environment.
● Proficient with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and other relevant analytics platforms.
● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
● Experience in interpreting data to tell a story and recommend improvements.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and basic marketing metrics is a plus.
